We would like to share an important update regarding our upcoming holiday schedule and operational arrangements.
Our team will be on leave from 13–19 February in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration. We will then continue with our annual Company Trip from 21 February to 1 March.
As the majority of our team members are Malay colleagues, this extended break allows everyone to properly rest, recharge, and prepare for the upcoming Raya festive season. This ensures that we are fully ready to serve you better during one of the busiest and most important periods of the year.
What This Means for You
• No shipping will be arranged during the leave period in Malaysia. But shipping from the Overseas to Malaysia still operates as usual
• Customer service will remain online (replies within 24 hours)
• Orders remain open as usual
• All orders placed before 21 February 2026 are guaranteed to arrive before Raya
Kindly avoid sending repeated messages during this period 🙏 Our team will respond as soon as we are online. We will not ignoring anyone, every message will be attended to in order.
